what is it about italian men? i just recently stumbled over a chat forum where some german ladies said that the italian men certainly have some qualities that a german guy will never have – obviously the hot blood running thru their veins and this enthusiasm for the female human being!
my female neighbor flipped today coz obviously her “ragazzo” cheated on her – my gosh, we others in the house were really scared for a couple of moments – it sounded like she was killing him! we heard furniture being moved, her asking him to tell the truth (the italian version is a lot more dramatic of course: “dimmi la verità, vai, vai via! lascia mi in pace!”) – that’s daily life!!!
we women cry for the guys who cheat on us – they walk away – now they have found another person to distract them with and that’s it. they are a lot more rational with such things and they know that life will go on…
we “ragazze” – the girls, tend to try to hold on to something that is over now and cry a million tears and even if you think there can’t be one tear left, you still go on and you simply don’t understand what happened. at least that is what happens to me. i feel like the other person ripped out my heart and i don’t understand why the other person isn’t appreciating me anymore and why from one day to the other someone who said who loved you can switch the button and treat you like … you know what i mean.
i know…i will get over this. soon. but it hurts so much and it takes time. i am not someone who looks for someone else immediately to get distracted and that’s it then. i am not trying to find someone else to forget another person.
we are all making mistakes and we are all suffering. love can’t exist without the darker side and we only learn and better ourselves when we suffer.
however, i am wishing everyone a happy ending!! and if you are at the beginning of a relationship, enjoy the ride, the first couple of weeks are the best! love embraces you and carries you and makes you a very giving person!!
